Discolorations or crystals falling off may occur from sudden temperature changes or direct water (tap water, baths, saunas, swimming, sea water), humidity, sweat, perfumes and cosmetics. Avoid direct contact with water. Not only does this damage the product put shortens the lifespan of the plating and be the cause of discolorations or make the polish in crystals to disappear. 2. Metal and crystal settings’ polish may disappear when the surface is scratched from impacts with hard objects. Damages may occur from clothes depending on the setting of the crystal stone. 3. To avoid scratches, store the product in cases or pouches provided when purchasing the product. 4. It is recommended to wipe the product frequently with soft cloth to maintain the original product glittering. 5. When wearing clothes, wear the jewelry at last and firstly when taking off clothes. 6. Do not let crystal to contact water. 18. Avoid contacting hard objects not to cause scratch or other damage on the product.

Quality Assurance Standard	[Repair Regulations] Swarovski offers 1 year warranty period for its products and 2 year warranty period for watches (as of October 5th, 2015). 1. In order to receive repair services within the warranty period, you need to present your warranty certificate / card receipt with the official dealer, date of purchase of product number filled in from the purchased store. 2. You will not be entitled to any warranty benefits if you request repairs at third parties or stores other than Swarovski. 3. Posts of earrings cannot be repaired. 4. Repair services are not offered for jewelries with whole crystal or crystal stones with diameter greater than 1cm. 5. Please be advised that only the gemstones that have been glued are repairable – If more than 15 of ‘set stones’, crystals, zirconia, and stones are missing, it cannot be repaired. 6. Soldering and replating repairs cannot be made. 7. Please take caution when using as purchased product services are not available for ballpoint pens, men’s accessories, bag charms and other accessories. 8. Warranty services are not available: a. When parts required for repairs are not available. (eg. Discontinued product that has been launched more than 3 years ago). b. For men’s accessories, hair accessories, key rings, ballpoint pens, and products made with leather or Alcantara. c. Malfunction or damages caused by abuse, misuse or mishandling. 9. There may be other items that cannot be repaired. [Exchanges/Refunds] 1. Exchanges or refunds will not be made for discoloration caused by mishandling or any natural discolorations. 2. Any damages caused by customer’s negligence are not an accepted reason for exchange, refund or return of product. 3. Any exchanges or returns due to customer’s change of mind will not be accepted without product box and any additional components fully intact. 4. On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
