Watches are vulnerable to external impact for it is composed of numerous small, exquisite parts. Please be cautious for products may get damaged from severe impact or by dropping the product. 5. Watch bands are not eligible for repairs for they are expendables. Band exchange is not available for all watch products. * Expendable Parts: Watch strap (leather, metal), watch case, glass, stem, buckle, number dial, etc. 6. Battery life is consumed from the point of manufacture and not from the date of purchase; therefore, watches may stop even right after purchase. This is not a product defect and batteries can be exchanged free of charge for one time only within the warranty period. 14. Exchanges and refunds are not available not only if the product is worn, but also if scratched before wearing or band adjustment is made upon delivery.

Quality Assurance Standard	[Repair Regulations] Swarovski offers 1 year warranty period for its products and 2 year warranty period for watches (as of October 5th, 2015). 1. In order to receive repair services within the warranty period, you need to present your warranty certificate / card receipt with the official dealer, date of purchase of product number filled in from the purchased store. 2. You will not be entitled to any warranty benefits if you request repairs at third parties or stores other than Swarovski. 3. Posts of earrings cannot be repaired. 4. Repair services are not offered for jewelries with whole crystal or crystal stones with diameter greater than 1cm. 5. Please be advised that only the gemstones that have been glued are repairable – If more than 15 of ‘set stones’, crystals, zirconia, and stones are missing, it cannot be repaired. 6. Soldering and replating repairs cannot be made. 7. Please take caution when using as purchased product services are not available for ballpoint pens, men’s accessories, bag charms and other accessories. 8. Warranty services are not available: a. When parts required for repairs are not available. (eg. Discontinued product that has been launched more than 3 years ago). b. For men’s accessories, hair accessories, key rings, ballpoint pens, and products made with leather or Alcantara. c. Malfunction or damages caused by abuse, misuse or mishandling. 9. There may be other items that cannot be repaired. [Exchanges/Refunds] 1. Exchanges or refunds will not be made for discoloration caused by mishandling or any natural discolorations. 2. Any damages caused by customer’s negligence are not an accepted reason for exchange, refund or return of product. 3. Any exchanges or returns due to customer’s change of mind will not be accepted without product box and any additional components fully intact. 4. Please check for any product defects at the pickup area. If there are any defects, please alert the Swarovski store. Swarovski will not be responsible for any product defects that have been found later on.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

- There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
Bringing duty-free items to Korea

- When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
-　If not declared voluntarily, additional tax may be levied or subject to penalties under the customs law.
-　When entering Korea by carrying duty-free items, the total amount of duty-free purchase is up to $ 600.
Exchange/refund

- You can request an exchange refund via international mail directly from overseas. If you enter Korea with more than $ 600 of duty-free goods, you will be entitled to an exchange refund only by declaring your goods at the customs office.
