Quality Assurance Standard	Repair Regulations Swarovski offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. For watches, it is 2 years from the date of purchase. (From October 5, 2015) - In order to receive repair service within the warranty period, the official purchase date and part number must be written on the warranty/card receipt. - If you entrust the repair to a third party or repair it at the store, you cannot receive the warranty benefits within the warranty period. - The earring needle part cannot be repaired. - A/S is not available for crystal stones and tong crystal jewelry with a diameter of 1cm or more. - Stone repair is only possible with adhesive stones. If more than 15 'bite' stones, crystal zirconia, or stones are missing, repair is not possible. - It cannot be repaired by soldering or re-plating. - Ballpoint pens, men's bags, bag charms, other accessories, and some jewelry are products that cannot be A/S. Please use them with caution. - Repair service is not available in the following situations. a. No repair parts available (eg - discontinued product that has been on the market for more than 3 years and is not available for sale in stores) b. Men's, hair accessories, key chains, ballpoint pens, leather, Alcantara products (product material characteristics) c. Failure and damage due to user abuse, misuse, or negligence in handling - There may be other items that cannot be repaired. Exchange/Refund - Exchanges or refunds are not possible for natural discoloration due to customer negligence or the nature of the material. - Products that are found to be due to customer negligence in use cannot be a reason for exchange, refund or return. - Exchange or return processing is not possible if there is a change or omission in the product box that was originally sold and the components in the box when the product is exchanged or returned due to a simple customer change of mind rather than a product defect. - When delivering the product, check that there is no problem with the product at the delivery area. - 1.Carry-on instructions may differ depending on the flight information, so please check in advance.
- 2.Please confirm the airport and delivery point before receiving the product.
- 3.Please check the regulations on exchanging duty-free items and returns.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

Cancellation/Exchange Application Information
- 1. Online application: You can apply directly on the [Customer Center]>[1:1 Inquiry] page.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

Cancel

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

Purchase and exemption limit

- There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
Bringing duty-free items to Korea

- When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
-　If not declared voluntarily, additional tax may be levied or subject to penalties under the customs law.
-　When entering Korea by carrying duty-free items, the total amount of duty-free purchase is up to $ 600.
Exchange/refund

- You can request an exchange refund via international mail directly from overseas. If you enter Korea with more than $ 600 of duty-free goods, you will be entitled to an exchange refund only by declaring your goods at the customs office.
